Enough of What Matters

The saying goes, "If everything matters, nothing does."

I usually overload myself with to-do's and stuff I said yes to, and before I know it, I am overwhelmed and stressed out. Can I get a witness?

You don't have to do everything, just enough of what matters.

I'm not just talking about prioritization or time management; I'm talking about protecting and honoring the precious commodity of our time and attention.

God is asking us today to think about what we are doing and why (or if) it matters.

Is it in service to others?

Is it making the world a better place?

Is it in line with what God is calling you to do?

Wouldn't it feel great if, amongst the pushes and pulls of everyday life, you could make enough time for what matters?

Let this help you anchor to purpose and release the lure of aimless busyness.

Philippians 2:3

Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.

Ecclesiastes 3:1

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.
