It's YOU!
The most stunning creature ever made, that’s who you are! Look at those eyes, that face, that big heart that loves so much! Oh my gosh, you are so precious and so very loved!
Stop criticizing right this minute, you silly goose. You are perfect, just as you are. You are God's loveable lovebug, remember?
Give yourself a big hug, look yourself in the eyes, and shout, "I LOVE YOU!"
Now, let’s take your love-filled fantastic self and go out into the world and spread some love, shall we?
Well, would you look at that?
Can you see it?
It's everywhere.
That smooshy, gushy, heart-pounding love is all around you!
Can you see it in all those beautiful faces?
Let that love-filled awesomeness within you radiate to them right out of your eyeballs into theirs.
Let beams of love shine from your soul so everyone you encounter can feel the warmth.
Allow love to fill the very atmosphere you inhabit.
Can you hear it?
Listen to all the chatter around you.
Use your voice to fill that crowded space with love, encouragement, appreciation, and gratitude.
Let love echo everywhere you go so it can still be heard long after you have left.
Let sounds of love crescendo as your words fill the universe, overtaking the shadowy murmurs of fear, loneliness, or despair.
Can you feel it?
Love is radiating all around you.
Feel it vibrate from the nature that surrounds you. You feel it from the dogs you see walking past.
You can feel it from the birds flying in the air or the creatures scurrying on the ground.
Allow love to reverberate from the beautiful people you see and interact with. Give and receive love freely without overthinking or judgement.
Allow yourself to absorb love like the little squishy, lovable sponge that you are.
You see, it's a choice, my friend.
God’s love is in the air all around you.
Believe it.
Give it.
See it.
Hear it.
Feel it.
Receive it.
God loves you, and so do I!
