Purpose Focused

Somewhere, deep down, you know what you need to do.

God has a purpose for your life, and it has been calling to you louder now than ever before, beckoning you to be brave and do the work that will allow the dream within to come to fruition.

I want you to close your eyes and imagine the future you.

This future you is the you who did the thing.

Despite the resistance, the procrastination, the attacks, the fear, the uncertainty, you did it.

As you imagine yourself in the future (you look fabulous, by the way), you can look back with hindsight and wisdom and see that every distraction the devil devised was a scheme to pull you away from your divine purpose.

But you didn't let that jerk face distract you.

When you made up your mind, nothing could stop you from fulfilling God's purpose for your life.

You stayed laser-focused on God's eyes, and no matter what came your way, you kept going and followed him, bound and determined to move forward into your purpose one step at a time until your work was done.

And now, how do you feel knowing that you accomplished what God set out for you to do?

I bet you feel proud, determined, aligned, strong, resilient, and accomplished.

God is so proud of you, that's for sure.

So you see, my purpose-focused friend, nothing is impossible with God.

Keep going and remember those feelings you felt as you witnessed you in the future - getting it done.

Keep your eyes locked with God's, and take one step forward today that will get you to that future, purpose-accomplished self.

I'll see you when we get there!

Proverbs 4:25

Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you.

Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Proverbs 19:21

Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord ’s purpose that prevails.
