Flow of Protection

As you shower and prepare for your day, think of the water flowing over you as God's protection covering you.

Whatever comes your way today, you will be protected.

I wish I could say that this means challenging things won't happen.

Unfortunately, having God's protection doesn't mean we won't face trouble.

Wouldn't that be awesome?

I like to think of God’s protection flowing around us, so troubles flow past us.

When troubles come, we can manage them with clarity and wisdom and then let them go.

We can solve what is ours to solve and let the rest wash away.

God's protection can prevent us from walking around with every trouble of the world stuck to us, dragging us down.

With God's protection, we can see that while this situation is tough, God will help us through it and make a way.

If this issue can't be solved today, let it flow away and try again tomorrow.

If this person drives you crazy, imagine God's love flowing all around then and let them go.

If you have no control over what is happening, let God's protection and love take it from your mind and let it flow away from you for this moment and focus on God’s flowing love.

If the choice you are facing is not good for you, say no and let it flow away from you.

If the situation you are facing is really scary, let God's protection flow over you as God's love envelops you.  

If we submit to it, God's flow of protection can help, sustain, and empower us.

Let it flow.

God is with us, always and forever.
