To Know You is to Love You

You know you.

You know all about you, especially the icky parts that you hide from others. You know those failures and sins all too well.

You are sure that if anyone else knew you, I mean really knew you, they would not, could not, love you.

You are also sure that God could never really love someone like you. In your eyes, you are not good enough, and you never will be.

You could rattle off all your mistakes and mishaps like a prosecuting attorney, confident that you have given all the facts to prove yourself guilty as you have charged yourself.

Because of the sentence imposed, you entered into the witness protection program, forming a life filled with performances, manipulations, and secrets, hoping to conceal the real, unlovable you.

You morphed yourself into different characters, praying someone might love those made-up versions of you.

I have some really good news for you. Evidence that you cannot deny.

God knows you, the real you, and His love for you is unwavering, unconditional, and unstoppable.

I mean it.

He knows all that you have done, all that you have thought about doing, and all that you are going to do.

He knows it all, and He loves you anyway and always will.

You are not a hopeless thug that God shakes his head at or walks away from.

Nope.

To know YOU is to love YOU!

You are His most valuable creation. He loves you more than anyone has or ever will.

You are absolutely, unequivocally, beyond a shadow of a doubt, loved beyond measure.

Even with the icky parts.

He knows you and He loves you.

Case closed.

Now, will you accept this truth and allow God's love to pardon you so that you can fly free?

Please say yes because God loves you, and so do I!

Psalms 139:1

You have searched me, Lord, and you know me.

Ephesians 2:10

For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].

Romans 8:1

Therefore there is now no condemnation [no guilty verdict, no punishment] for those who are in Christ Jesus [who believe in Him as personal Lord and Savior].
